In addition to providing installation and refinishing services, we have taken part in a number of historic restoration projects for private individuals and in Rocky Mountain National Park. One of these includes the award winning restoration project at McGraw Ranch where Park Flooring repaired and refinished a half dozen fir and yellow pine floors that were about 100 years old. Floors that are old have their own characteristics which make for interesting problem solving in the field. Sometimes we needed to pull wood from previous demolitions and weave it in with the old floors. With a little TLC, almost any floor can be refinished.
